Plural is a cloud-based platform, so every interaction — building projects, managing robots, and publishing content — happens through your browser at go.plural.io. Before you can do anything else, you need an account and a way to sign in.

Create a new account

If you do not have a Plural account yet, register for free at https://go.plural.io/register.

Open the registration page

Navigate to https://go.plural.io/register in your browser.

Fill in your details

Enter your name, email address, and a strong password, then accept the terms of service.

Confirm your email

Check your inbox for a confirmation email from Plural and click the verification link to activate your account.

Log in

Once your email is confirmed, you are automatically signed in — or you can return to go.plural.io and log in manually.

Log in to an existing account

Go to the login page

Open https://go.plural.io in your browser.

Enter your credentials

Type your registered email address and password into the login form.

Click Log In

Press the Log In button. Plural will take you straight to your dashboard.

Reset a forgotten password

If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it without contacting support.

Click Forgot Password?

On the login page at go.plural.io, click the Forgot Password? link below the login form.

Enter your email address

Type the email address associated with your Plural account and submit the form.

Check your inbox

Plural will send you a password-reset email. Open it and click the reset link.

Set a new password

Enter and confirm your new password, then save it. You can now log in with your new credentials.
The password-reset link expires after a short time. If it has expired, simply request a new one by repeating the process above.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

For additional account security, Plural supports two-factor authentication. You can enable and manage 2FA from your account security settings.
