To check if the project has been cloned just switch to the other organisation:

You can clone a project from your current account to any that is linked to it by selecting “Clone Project”, choosing a project and the account it is sent to.

Please note that “cloning” means duplicating. Cloned projects are completely independent and will not update each other simultaneously.
