Release Notes: Plural Version 1.23.7

Improvements:

  • Save origin element and plural - Go to destination element :: Add system variable to save the ID of the original design element and select variable
  • Change: Add a system variable CurrentDesignElementId that saves the ID of the last design element and an option to select variables in the “Go to Destination” element.
  • Example: Users can create flows where they jump to a common element and then return to the original element without the need for repeating elements. They can dynamically set the destination of a flow by using the CurrentDesignElementId variable to jump to a specific design element.

“Change No interaction timeout (20s)” option in Frame Settings :: Add “Enable no-interaction timeout speech”:

  • Change: Add an option in the frame settings for the global setting in the event of no user interaction.
  • Example: Users can set a default message to be spoken when there is no interaction and apply this message to all elements in the frame.

Save user input :: Activate STT when the element is entered, after TTS:

  • Change: STT is automatically activated after TTS has been spoken.
  • Example: Users can start voice input immediately after TTS has been spoken, which simplifies interaction.

Jump to linked :: Add “Linked source” to jump to the element where the link started

  • Change: Add an option to jump to the linked source.
  • Example: Users can jump to both the source and the destination, which improves navigation.

Flow Builder :: Add “Play” button to the top right corner to display the flow links:

  • Change: Add a “Play” button to the top menu bar.
  • Example: Users can press the play button to load the different frames directly as an avatar.

Plural Flow :: Avatar selector, change wording

  • Change: Clearer description of the avatar selector.
  • Example: The description of the flow links has been improved so that users know in which situation they need to use which link.

Plural Flow :: Open avatar selector sidebar when new project or frame is created

  • Change: Automatic opening of the sidebar for selecting or assigning an avatar.
  • Example: Users can immediately select an avatar when they create a new project or frame by automatically opening the sidebar.

Repeat :: If buttons are activated in the navigation, the element is automatically repeated and the output is set to the repeat symbol

  • Change: Automatic setting of repeat output on the same element.
  • Example: Users can manage repeat elements more easily by automatically activating the repeat function.

Plural :: Split flow languages to improve performance

  • Change: Splitting the flow document into main flow and individual language documents.
  • Example: Users experience faster loading times for large flows by splitting the flow document into main flow and individual language documents.

Small improvements:

User input :: Increase canvas size

  • Change: The canvas size for desktop views is increased.
  • Example: Users have more space for input on the desktop, which improves the user experience.

User input dropdown :: Increase size

  • Change: The size of the dropdown and selector is increased.
  • Example: Users see larger drop-down menus and selectors, which improves readability and user-friendliness.

Internet gone :: Display pop-up message if the Internet is suddenly gone

  • Change: A message is displayed when the Internet is down.
  • Example: Users are informed when the terminal is offline and can take action to re-establish the connection.

Plural KB :: Add links back to the web parser

  • Change: Links from the web parser are activated again.

Frame :: Add a unique name to the avatar frame

  • Change: Avatar frames are given unique names.
  • Example: Users can distinguish and manage avatar frames more easily.

 

Bug fixes:

Project :: Custom API request :: “Value” field is cut off after entering a large value

  • Problem: The “Value” field is cut off after entering a large value.
  • Solution: The “Value” field is no longer cut off, regardless of how large the value entered is.
  • Example: Users can enter and edit large values without the field being cut off.
User input :: Canvas moves to the side when pressing the Tab key
  • Problem: When the Tab key is pressed, the view moves to the side.
  • Solution: The view remains stable and does not move.
  • Example: Users can use the Tab key without the view shifting unexpectedly.

Project cloning to Orga :: Dynamic assets cause problems

  • Problem: Dynamic assets cause problems when cloning to other organizations.

  • Solution: The response from the flow service filters out such assets.

  • Example: Users can clone projects to other organizations without encountering errors.

Plural database :: Empty element causes error when saving/copying as template

  • Problem: Empty database elements cause errors when saving or copying as a template.

  • Solution: Empty elements can now be saved or copied as templates without causing errors.

  • Example: Users can save or copy empty database elements as templates, which increases flexibility.

Sys Admin :: Move robot with assigned frame

  • Problem: When moving a robot to another organization, the assignment remains and the robot is displayed as external.
  • Solution: The robot is automatically removed from the assignment before it is moved.
  • Example: Users can move robots to other organizations without assignment problems occurring.

STT/Cam :: Microphone and camera are not released if the focus is lost by switching to another tab

  • Problem: Microphone and camera are not released when the focus is lost by switching to another tab.
  • Solution: Microphone and camera are released when focus is lost.
  • Example: Users can switch between tabs without the microphone and camera remaining blocked.

Text editor :: Attributes stick together with text in translations and cause errors
