Voice pauses

Invoking voice pauses in avatar/robot speech

#PAUSE/500 adds a 500 millisecond speech pause. You can use it anywhere you add robot/avatar speech. For example: "Hello, my name is Mia #PAUSE/350 please choose a button next to me."
