The Message element offers the possibility to send a specified message to a predefined phone number.
To add a message element right-click on your canvas and select "Send SMS".
Edit the message and the number by clicking the element and opening the side bar.
Just make sure you connect both the "SMS sent" and "SMS not sent" outcomes, so your flow does not get stuck if a message did not go through!
