The pause element allows you to insert a short break between two other elements.
To add a pause element, right-click on the canvas and select “Pause flow.”
To select the duration of the pause, simply click on the pause element and set the duration (in seconds) in the sidebar. Then connect your pause element to the elements between which you want to insert a pause, and you're ready to go!
