Definitions
Definition of “deployment location”: A deployment location is a uniquely assigned, activated environment in which an avatar is permanently available.
This includes:
- A screen (e.g., kiosk, tablet, counter display) that calls up a dedicated avatar URL.
- A website refers to a main domain or subdomain that is assigned to a specific use case or organizational unit. Each subdomain (e.g., avatar.humanizing.com) and each clearly distinguishable region, branch, or location page (e.g., Regional Office North, Munich location) is considered a separate deployment location. Note: Different content pages (subpages) within the same domain (e.g., /products, /contact) are not considered separate deployment locations as long as they use the same avatar instance and URL.
- A QR code that refers to a specific use case and is made permanently accessible to the public.
Definition of “conversation”: A conversation refers to the period from the start of a user interaction with the avatar (e.g., by clicking or voice activation) until the user leaves or ends this interaction.
Addendum to the conversation definition:
- Unused conversations expire at the end of the month and are not carried over to the following month.
- Before the limit is reached, the customer is automatically informed so that they can select a higher package if necessary.
- If the monthly limit is exceeded, the avatar's functions are temporarily restricted until an upgrade is made or the next month begins.
- This logic corresponds to that of a mobile phone tariff contract, with conversations functioning like a monthly data allowance.
