# Analytics: Track Avatar and Robot Interactions

> Understand how visitors interact with your Plural avatars and robots using Analytics Lite (default) or Full Analytics with advanced filters.

Plural's analytics tools give you insight into how visitors engage with your avatars and robots — from basic session counts to detailed demographic breakdowns and per-element performance. All accounts start with **Analytics Lite** out of the box, and you can upgrade to **Full Analytics** for deeper reporting and data exports.

## Analytics Lite

Analytics Lite is enabled by default for every Plural organization. It provides a first statistical overview of how your avatar or robot is performing, giving you the essential numbers to understand usage trends without any configuration required.

## Full Analytics

Full Analytics unlocks a richer set of reports and filtering capabilities for teams that need more detailed insights.
