# Installation instructions for Avatar

> Here you will find our recommended settings for an avatar.

#### Windows

Windows is initialized with a service user from Humanizing.

#### Software

For a standard setup, we install the following software:

*Attention! Only if support is obtained from Humanizing Technologies!*

SiteKiosk

Google Chrome

#### Settings

In addition, the following settings are made in Windows and BIOS:

Automatic startup of the PC when power is supplied is activated via BIOS (with BIOS update if necessary)

Display keyboard is activated

* Screen saver and standby mode are disabled

A self-starting kiosk user is created

Automatic restart/shutdown can be set up on request

Automatic updates (Windows, software)

*If support is not provided by Humanizing Technologies*, one of the following kiosk modes can be selected as an option. **In this case, however, the customer is responsible for setting up and maintaining the device.**
